The approach
How your smile is created
Six stages — from the first conversation to the final bonding.
- 01
Consultation and diagnostics

The doctor studies the clinical case and takes a photo protocol: the state of the teeth, gums and bite, the position of the midline, how much of the teeth shows in speech. Aesthetics only begins once the foundation is clear.
- 02
Impressions

Impressions record the starting situation to the millimetre. From this point the future smile is designed on models rather than by eye.
- 03
Smile design try-in

The design is tried in before anything is done to the teeth. The result can be seen and assessed in advance — digitally and physically — and changed while changing it still costs nothing.
- 04
Tooth preparation

The doctor works to keep preparation as conservative as possible. The amount removed is set by how much the shape and shade change, and stays at the necessary minimum. Temporary veneers are bonded straight afterwards: they protect the teeth and already show the future shape and smile line.
- 05
Fabrication

The ceramics are made in the laboratory to the approved design — usually about two weeks. The technician builds the colour, translucency and surface texture of every veneer by hand. Meanwhile the patient wears the temporaries.
- 06
Bonding and aftercare

The finished veneers are tried in first: shape, colour and fit are checked, and only then are they finally bonded. From there it is about care: ordinary hygiene, a check-up with your own dentist every six months and care with impact loads.
